One service, one fee

Fee for an apartment search to the tenant’s brief:

70% of the monthly rent

paid once, after the lease is signed. Without a signed lease there is no fee, including when you withdraw from the agency agreement within the statutory period. The fee is calculated on the rent itself (czynsz najmu) stated in the signed lease: the building service charge (czynsz administracyjny) and metered utilities are not part of the basis.
